In 1988, I met Paul and Fran Senory. They were tenants at Crossroads Business Park, where I was the leasing agent, and new to the real estate industry. Paul, Fran and I hit it off and when it came time for Sencommunications to expand, they asked me to find them a building to purchase. We found a building in Tampa East, then expansion required them to build a building. In 2016, I sold their 25,000 SF building at 1611 Allison Woods Lane, and relocated the slimmed- down company into 10,000 SF at 912 Chad Lane. This building is owned by JL Marine; JL Marine also owns the facility next door and purchased 912 Chad Lane for expansion purposes. The 10,000 SF office/warehouse suite was not officially on the market and Nancy Phaneuf developed a relationship with the CFO at JL Marine to smooth the way for this Sencommunications lease.

In March of 2016, Sencommunications sold their 25,000 SF office warehouse building to Paul Davis Restoration. PDR was located in the east Tampa market in a 10,000 SF building, and were bursting at the seams. They needed a larger parking area for their companies vehicles and a much larger warehouse AND office space. This new building was ideal for them.
