The sweet smell of success is never more evident than at Flowers Bakery of Bradenton. The bread maker recently moved into a larger distribution depot in East Tampa. Flowers outgrew its 20 year old 6,000 square foot facility it had occupied since 1991 thanks to an increase in demand for bread and related products and an increase in market share. With the extra “dough” it was making, the company asked Nancy Phaneuf Commercial Realty & Development to find a distribution facility double the size to accommodate the rise in demand. Flowers Bakery’s new distribution depot is a 12, 000 SF building just off US Highway 301 near the Tampa East Industrial Park.
